Executive Team

Clinical Cell Culture senior management team is comprised of an experienced, focused and committed group of professionals who will lead the global expansion of the business.

Andrew Cannon BCom FCCA
CEO and CFO

Andrew was appointed as CEO on 28th March 2007 and in addition retains his CFO responsibilities.

Andrew originally trained with Deloitte, Haskins and Sells in Johannesburg, South Africa before transferring to their office in Cambridge (now part of PwC). Andrew has over 10 years experience in industry and has held a variety of senior finance positions with extensive experience of multinational plc companies in the chemical and electrical manufacturing industries.

Andrew is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg.






Jordan Wittmeier
Vice President, Sales and Marketing Americas and Asia Pacific

Jordan joined the Clinical Cell Culture team in April of 2005. As Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the Americas, he is responsible for the establishment and expansion of C3’s sales and marketing activities in USA, Canada and South America.

Jordan has over twenty years of experience in the healthcare industry. Over his career he has held senior management roles with responsibility for the establishment and leadership of sales distribution channels both internationally as well as domestically in such specialties as plastic surgery, orthopeadics, infection control and general surgery products. He has successfully participated in and created new product launches focusing on the private practice as well as the acute care markets.

Jordan has a dual Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Marketing from Long Island University – C.W. Post.







 

Matthieu Leclerc- Chalvet
Vice President Sales and Marketing (EMEA)

Matthieu joined Clinical Cell Culture in December 2005. As the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Europe, Middle East and Africa, Matthieu is responsible for C3’s rapidly expanding sales and marketing activities in these regions. He is also coordinating Corporate Marketing activities.

During the past 15 years Matthieu has gained broad experiences in the health care industry , holding various national and international positions in sales and marketing. He helped develop successful businesses in the area of medical imaging, respiratory, homecare, urology and oncology for companies like Fuji, Puritan Bennett, Mallinckrodt and Amersham.

Prior to joining C3 Matthieu worked for Oncura , a joint venture part of General Electric, as the International Director of Sales , where he developed a sales and marketing operational structure, with a combination of direct and outsourced resources serving more than 30 countries.

Matthieu holds a BA in Physics and Mathematics and a Masters in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Lyon. More recently he completed the INSEAD Young Manager program.

He has lived in London with his family for 5 years.







Jennifer Durrant BSc, PHD
VP Quality And Regulatory Affairs

Jennifer joined Clinical Cell Culture in September 2005 and was promoted to the role of Vice President of Quality and Regulatory Affairs in July 2007. She is responsible for quality assurance, compliance with international regulatory requirements, and obtaining product approvals in order to facilitate the effective commercialisation of C3’s products in specified target markets.

Jennifer has over 10 years experience within the field of advanced therapy medicinal products. In her previous role, Jennifer spent 5 years at Intercytex Ltd as a Research Scientist, involved in the development of various products for wound and cosmetic applications. She also managed the production of cGMP-compliant allogeneic cell banks, assuming responsibility for process development, manufacture, validation and biosafety testing.

Jennifer has a BSc in Biomedical Science in addition to a PhD from the University of Bradford.
